There are many simple things that you can do to keep the food healthy and tasty at the same time -

  1. Roast green veggies to make them crunchy.
  2. Add pinch of chat masala to your dish, it's really tasty and healthy too.
  3. You can add masala chhas to your meal.
  4. Use less butter and desi cow ghee more.
  5. Add vinegar to dishes wherever possible.
  6. Eat what's in season.
