dipende dalla dimensione dei vostri aquiloni che intendete fare, esempio la dimensione sarebbe 15 pollici di larghezza per 24 pollici di lunghezza il design è come arco di una freccia. il bambù di cui avete bisogno è 1/16 pollici di diametro del bastone di bambù, l'aquilone più grande è necessario regolare, perché se si dispone di bambù più pesante che la pelle del vostro aquilone sarà tirato giù dalla gravità, il fattore sono la velocità del vento, l'angolo sul bambù, equilibrio peso delle braccia, l'angolo dei 90 gradi del filo dal braccio ai 2 pollici delle code del vostro aquilone, infine il filato che userete dovrebbe essere l'equilibrio della dimensione dell'aquilone, l'aquilone più piccolo usa un filo fine come il filo da cucire in poliestere, l'aquilone più grande usa il filato sintetico 8/3 (nylon). I am not sure of you can make a bow out of the bamboo only, in fact I would lean towards it not being a good call. What it would be perfect for is to make a good backing for the bow, which is glued onto the core and belly of the bow.
This backing has 1 main purpose, and that is to provide strength to the bow, so that when it bends it does not lift splinters and break where the splinters run deep into the rest of the bow.

With regards to the binding of the bow, I have no experience or good knowledge about it, but there has been instances where bow were made and then bound with say rawhide or such. This is to prevent the lamination from separating when the bow is bent.
The other possibility when attaching the backing, (and even a belly) when doing composite bows is to scrape grooves into both sides that have to be laminated. and then glue the pieces together with the grooves matching into each other. This creates an increased gluing surface that makes for a stronger joint than only gluing two flat surfaces together.
This method I know has been used by bowyers who made horn/wood,sinew composite bows, which have unreal bending capability, and it is used on the joint between the wood core and horn belly.
The joint when cut through at 90 degrees will look something like a zigzag line, in stead of a flat line, while the sinew is put on with hide glue on the wooden core.

As far as arrow from bamboo goes I think it is possible, but the chances of making good arrows are better when using the reeds that native American Indians have used, or maybe wooden shafts like dogwood or such. While bamboo is very strong, almost like nature’s carbon fiber, it does have drawbacks, namely the nodes, which have to be made smooth, and that will in effect weaken the shaft.
