Thanks for including good pictures! It makes identification easier. It looks like an immature leaf-footed bug, in the family Coreidae. Here’s a possible match on BugGuide: Nymph of Leaffooted bug. The adult will look something like this: Acanthocephala adult. Some species in this family have stripes or colorful wings, like this individual: Leaf Footed Bug - Leptoglossus phyllopus. You might have seen them on window screens in the summer. Insects in this family are plant feeders, have large flattened tibia on the hind legs, and can get fairly large (3/4″). Nothing to worry about.

There is a family of predatory insects called assassin bugs (family Reduviidae) that often have a similar body shape, especially in the immatures. Here’s a colorful example of one of those adults: Reduviidae - Apiomerus spissipes - BugGuide.Net. Reduviids are beneficial in the garden, but they can administer a painful bite if you handle them roughly.

It looks like a nymph of a planthopper in the family Flatidae.

Here are some photos of various species. Planthopper Nymph Stock Photos & Planthopper Nymph Stock Images
