Um, OK. Do you mean in the garden? I use floating row cover. This is a very thin fine weave cloth and it is called floating because it is light enough the plants can lift it as they grow. You just lay it over the lettuce row and weight the edges down. Extra bonuses are that it shelters the plants from harsh sunlight and can help protect against light frosts. It works to prevent bugs and birds from getting at many other crops too. Things like cabbage. green onions, strawberries. The stuff I get is actually spunbonded polypropylene and it is fairly economical when you count reusing it, and the fact you actually get produce instead of just feeding the bugs.
(of course if you are talking about after you get it inside I would suggest washing it well and then keeping it in the fridge)

Tuttavia, se non volete combattere costantemente gli insetti, provate un approccio sistemico.
Prima di tutto, dovete avere un terreno ricco e fertile. Aggiungete compost e polvere di roccia, come base.
In seguito, aggiungete colate di vermi e/o fango di insetti al terreno intorno alle vostre piante. Questi stimoleranno le piante a produrre chitina che dissuade gli insetti. I getti sul terreno respingono anche le formiche che coltivano gli afidi sulle vostre piante.
