Multinational Corporations offer goods & services for sale more broadly (to more people in more nations & jurisdictions on a Globally Competitive basis) than national or local corporations, and they clearly do so sustainably (profitably) because otherwise they would not exist.
The only “negative” effects of such entities is that they offer Business Competition to other businesses, and are somewhat more resistant to political interference inspired by those they compete against (and who complain about that competition to their politicians) in various jurisdictions. This competition is of great benefit to the customers in those places where multinational corporations are allowed to compete fully with the “local” businesses: the customers get the best (lowest) price for goods & services at all quality levels, which increases their Purchasing Power, their Standard of Living, and Quality of Life.
