  • Hydration. Dry heat damages your skin more than anything. Make sure to stay hydrated amd drink atleast 3 litres of water.
  • Understand your skin type. Make sure to purchase your skin regime products with respect to your skin type.
  • Moisturize everyday. You have no idea how important this is. Make sure to keep your skin moisturized.
  • Sunscreen. Even if it is a cloudy day, make sure to cover up. The best way is to avoid the sun.
  • Ice facial. I highly recommend this therapy. It increases the vascularity of skin and brings out the glow. You could repeat this thrice a week.

  • No matter how good you take care of your skin on the outside, the right kind of diet is super important. Make sure to inculcate a fruit meal comprising all seasonal fruits in your day. It reduces acne, provides hydration and improves general texture of the skin.
  • Vitamin C serum. It reduces the signs of ageing, acne and blemishes. I like to apply my homemade vitamin C serum ( comprising of 8 tsps of orange juice and a capsule of vitamin E)
  • Rice water pack. I am amazed by this Discovery. It left my skin smooth and glass-like. Soak the handful of rice overnight and strain the water. You can add some cucumber juice to increase the consistency. Now freeze them in ice-tray. Apply a cube once a day preferably at night. Works best for dry and combination skin.

There are many ways.. You choose what you like.. I am writing below some of the remedies.. :)

  1. You can't ignore the most important tip: Drink 8 glasses of water or more if you exercise. You must exercise for 20 minutes every morning for better results.
  2. Eat cucumber. Rub cucumber on face, neck and hand.
  3. Always apply sunscreen with good SPF (SPF 40) before going out in the sun even if it's a rainy day.
  4. Eat fruits, juices. Don't eat non veg much during summer.
  5. Try cooling masks on your face.
  6. Wear cotton and comfortable outfits.
  7. Scrub your face once or twice a week. You can make one at home using lentils (orange masoor ki dal) and rice take in equal quantity and grind it dry. Make it powder and you can use it by mixing with plain water or rose water.
  8. Apply pure aloe Vera pulp. Don't use the store bought. Buy one aloe plant and take care of it. You can also eat one inch every morning. It will do miracle to your skin. Result will take time. Abbi pazienza.
