This sounds weird, but what color is your bike?

Assuming that you are asking about a waterslide decal if it is anything but white then you probably can’t do it.

The only opaque color using laser or inklet printers is black. That means if you have a red bike and print blue the color will look purple. The largest majority of decals have a white underprint, underneath the color, so it is unaffected by the paint color and there is no white ink available for either laser or inkjet.

If you want to try it yourself you can get decal paper Waterslide decal paper or inkjet,laser printers Alps & copiers . If you use an inkjet you will also have to use a fixative, and then regardless of printer the decal will have to be coated with clear.
