I’ve never seen a whitetail or a mule deer do this. They’ll go over most any fence with ease. The one animal that will go UNDER a fence is the Pronghorn. They don’t jump fences but will go under them in a heartbeat. I’ve watched a Pronghorn walk 1/2 mile down a fence line to find a spot where the bottom strand was high enough to get under.
