There are a lot of good answers to this question on Quora, or at least a version of it.

Here are some that may help you:

How can I improve my English?

How can I improve my English writing skills?

How can I improve my spoken English?

How can I improve my listening skills in English?

How can I improve my English? (I really like it, not only spoken English, but also writing in English)? What should I do?

It would help if you are more specific with the question, also. I'm not sure what you mean by efficiency. Are you trying to find the most efficient way to spend your time learning English?

A one-on-one tutor (native speaker) is probably going to be the most efficient use of time studying English.

EDIT: The OP extended their question in a comment and spoke of the difficulty of trying to read in English. I'm reposting my comment here:

Yes, it's not very efficient to read articles that are too difficult for you.

You must know 90 - 95% of the vocabulary before you read something, otherwise it will not be useful (or efficient). You can't look up so many words. It's better to start with reading very simple things. Let me see if I can direct you to some.

  • Here is a website for children that starts with ABCs, but it also has some interesting and more difficult stories. It includes pictures so it can help your reading: http://www.starfall.com
  • These are Chinese fables: http://www.starfall.com/n/level-c/chinese-fables/load.htm?f

You should choose a story that's a little easy for you, and then move on to more difficult stories.

  • Try these jumbled sentence exercises. You re-arrange the words so they make a correct sentence: http://www.rong-chang.com/easyread/emx/contents.htm
  • Here are some dictations you can do: http://www.rong-chang.com/eslread/eslread/dict/contents.htm

And last, here's another great website. It's from the California Distance Learning Project. It has stories with audio, vocabulary, and quizzes. Choose a subject and you will see the story links:

Caro amico!

Credo nel digitare meno e significare di più. Prendi in considerazione i seguenti parametri:

Guarda i film con i sottotitoli in inglese o nei sottotitoli della tua lingua

Ascolta le canzoni, tieni i testi davanti a te e inizia a cantare insieme ai cantanti

Guarda un film su youtube per un po' di tempo, riproducilo e doppialo o fai la voce fuori campo. ti aiuterà ad essere più espressivo.

mantieni il sorriso
