You can create what is called a Hackintosh. Depending on what apple are doing at any given time this can work fairly well or be a really hard process to get working. If you try please be sure of the following.

1. Use intel based machines to do this, I think that community creates AMD CPU drivers but intel is the core platform most macs are built off, it makes it way easier.
2. Check the devices you have against what others have had success with. Some devices just won't nor ever will work with Mac based kernels.
3. Read up a fair bit on live disks, partitioning and in particular how to correctly format disks. The hackintosh process is not easy and can be frustrating if you do not understand the basics of what is required. Given its not a supported path for mac OS you will find that it may give really bizarre errors which are pretty hard to trace back on a non standard mac.
4. Expect periodically Apple to push out an update that completely ruins your build. Pretty much every Mac is very specifically patched in very specific ways. If its not very close to standard Mac hardware it may try and apply some patch that will break and force your machine to not boot.
5. Given its not supported it will crash, possibly not very often but likely more than you would like. Given apple never has or likely will support a range of hardware its kinda common for the tuning in the mac kernel to be off for your gear or boost clock rates too high or crash because its missing some hardware sensor it expects to have. Certificates also tend to not work as they are normally issued with Mac ID’s and therefore your mackintosh may not be able to issue correct ones.
