Voterei per i pomodori Roma perché sono coltivati specialmente per fare sughi come quello degli spaghetti. Questo perché sono carnosi. Non sono molto saporiti come altri, ma fanno un sacco di salsa.

I don’t know which is the meatiest tomato, specifically, but it will be one of the paste or sauce tomatoes that were developed for cooking, such as San Marzano, Amish Paste, Margherita or Roma. I’m trying oxheart this year, for cooking. It’s very tasty, but juicier than the paste type. Or, request a catalogue from Totally Tomato Request A Catalog which will have a description of every type of tomato plant or seed that they carry. They have a huge variety!
