2. What is different is the warranty service and parts availability. Troy-Bilt uses local dealers and service centers to repair your mower. They also have parts, parts diagrams and manuals easily available online at troybilt.com. Craftsman SBD has a completely different system to get repairs and parts. I highly recommend you talk with the big box store you are buying your new Craftsman from to understand what you have to do to get repairs and parts for the 2020 Craftsman.
