• Keep the petals ready on a table placed just beside your intended frame of shot.
• Keep the scene well lit.
• Fix camera on tripod. Adjust tripod to cover the intended frame of shot.

• Swivel the LCD display screen towards front of camera, so that you'll be able to figure your correct position before posing.
• Keep the lens on auto-focus.
• Set camera on fast shutter speed.
• Keep the camera on time lapse mode, setting the speed of shutter release to 1 shot/sec.
• Start the shoot.
• Move fast from behind the camera to , pick up the petals, hold them all in the cup of your palms, and enter the shot frame.

• Throw the petals up in the air, spread your arms… and smile wide looking at them fall onto yourself!
• Go back to find the best shot. Delete the extras, Edit the best and present!
