I have given some general points.

1. The soil should be loose i.e. if you press the soil in your index finger, your finger goes inside easily, otherwise vegetables will not grow as well.
2. Seeds should below 7 months.
3. should not pour the over water.
4. should be aware of good and bad bugs.
5. only red soil and sand is not good growing media. Only rose plants will grow in this growing media.
6. The problems are very, very small no need to worry about it.

please clearly post, what would you want in OTG(organic terrace gardening). It would be helpful to give the clear answer.
