We are recent startup called BirthdayForest , and our main focus is to take care of the plant after plantation. As many tree plantation campaign has been running but no one seem to be focused on the care needed after plantation, we have started this not for profit company in Nepal to address this issue.

Beside that other issues we found is that since people are busy they find very less time for tree plantation even they care about environment and to sink their carbon footprint. Thus we plant on behalf of people anywhere in the world. And also regarding visibility we provide you with the URL which will include:

1) GPS location of the plant in the interactive map.
2) Picture of the plant every six month for the duration of 3 years.
3) Name plate with the name of the person who have planted tree with custom message.
4) And we do take full responsibility to take care of the plant and in doing so we take 3 years guarentee to replace the plant if it does not survive even after special care.

To encourage people to plant trees at least on their birthday, we have named our company birthday forest. Beside birthday, occassion to plant trees can be anniversary, father's day, mother's day, in memory of some one.

And we have also lunched Corporate Birthday, in which corporate can plant through us and sink their carbon footprint and do Corporate social responsibility (CSR).

TIll date we have already been covered in various newspaper in Nepal (http://birthdayforest.org/press-coverage/ ) and we are also winner of biggest mobile app challenge PIVOT NEPAL in social category. Now we are trying to reach people abroad to encourage tree plantation in Nepal as benefit of trees can be felt everywhere.
