Cosa dovrei scegliere, Intel Bangalore o Juniper networks Bangalore?

Io lavoro con Juniper e mia moglie lavora con Intel.
Entrambe le aziende sono enormi e le dinamiche del gruppo/team/BU in cui entreresti in una di queste, saranno diverse da quelle di molti di noi. Quindi tutto quello che possiamo commentare è sul lavoro generale dell'azienda.
L'ufficio Intel SRR è molto bello. Ha un sacco di begli edifici e aree di pausa. È sicuramente divertente lavorare in un campus come questo. Juniper ha 2 edifici e, onestamente, il campus dell'ufficio non è all'altezza dell'esuberanza di Intel.
Entrambe le aziende forniscono quasi tutte le strutture ai dipendenti. Servizio taxi, gite di gruppo, ESPP, PF, HRA, ecc. La compensazione dipende anche dalla BU e dal candidato, quindi è qualcosa che non posso commentare.
Detto questo, Juniper in termini numerici è più piccola di Intel ma è stata in cima al suo gioco. C'è un sacco di lavoro e la gente che ama le sfide ama questo posto. Sia Juniper che Intel hanno un sacco di domini su cui le persone lavorano. Ingegneria, CI/CD, AI, sicurezza, sviluppo web, ecc. E ogni azienda ha il suo pane quotidiano. Per Juniper il suo Networking e per Intel il suo processore.
Non credo che nessuna delle opzioni sarebbe una cattiva scelta. :)

I can't tell you what is correct thing to choose however, I can help u take a decision.
Ur Intel prospect is better according to me because post internship they offer job although the pay package is less. U might think why should I choose one which has less pay.
Here are the valid reasons:
Intel is offering a job with internship.
Intel is stable company and the appraisals as well as perks will be highly rewarding as compared to Juniper.
Work culture there would be much better than Juniper.
Juniper networks on the other hand can be considered for following reasons:
90℅ of the times interns are absorbed as regular staff as they are in acquaintance with staff and their prowess is known to concerned people.
Interns are known to the scope of work and they have good understanding of the way to execute particular task which increases there chances when compared to external candidate.
Good rapport with ur immediate reports gives u edge over external candidate.
However , now you have to decide , is it worth a bet to be an intern or to proceed with intern+ job and plan…
