You want to remove your Aloe vera's stem ? Well that's unusual, but it can be done. Here's how to do it :

1. Take your plant from its pot/container, then clean it, make sure there's no dirt/soil around its stem.
2. Carefully cut its stem diagonally, it should be clean cut. Make sure to use very sharp and sterile knife. Left at least an inch of the original stem. This might take some practice to do properly.
3. Apply anti-fungal and root-growth hormone to the cut. Let your plant to dry the wound. It might take 2–3 days. To do this, put your cut plant in a clean, protected area with good aeration and light (but nit direct sunlight).
4. Plant your cut plant in new pot/container with succulent/cactus medium. If not available, you can make your own with a mix of grit, pumice, and humus. Wait until your plant shows sign of growing/recovering before watering it regularly.
5. To determine if your cutting has been successful, see if the plant is growing new leaves. Se lo fa, allora è un successo.
