Most cited of all times I really have no idea, but I can list two of really cited female poets:

• Sei Shōnagon, considered the first female poet to have her work printed. In fact, her Pillow Book is the oldest printed work of any woman writer. There is a movie by Peter Greenaway about it. Look at Sei Shōnagon.
• Emily Dickinson. For being an american, she is always cited on american movies and television series. Nevertheless, she is really good, deserving all attention she receives. See her at Emily Dickinson.
