*cabbages - I suggest the miniature types that grow quickly and don't have the space requirements of regular cabbages ,)
*broccoli - look for 'sprouting' or 'raab' broccolis, as they don't form full heads, but shoots can be harvested over a long period of time. Very popular in Asian cooking. Require less space, the same as the cabbage issue.

*garlic chives
*winter savory
*radishes
*summer turnips- they grow about the same size as radishes, and have about the same growing time.
