I can think of a few off the top of my head:

• In Guatemala they wrap tamales in banana leaves.
• Hawaiian laulau is pork and fish wrapped in taro or luau leaves.
• Dolmas are grape leaves stuffed with ground meat and rice commonly found in the Northern Mediterranean.
• Mexican tamales are wrapped in corn husks, which are basically leaves.
• Some cheesemakers wrap blue and goat cheeses in grape leaves.
• Known as Golumpki or Golabki, cabbage stuffed with meat and rice in tomato sauce is a traditional Polish dish.
• There are numerous recipes for stuffed cabbage leaves in Chinese cuisine too.

I’m sure there are many other examples but those are the ones that were floating around in my head.
