You are looking at a set of broken pixels, which means the LCD panel has failed and needs to be replaced.
Every dot on an LCD screen is a cluster of 3 LEDs, a red, a green and a blue one. They can be turned on in combination at different intensities to make any color. Two possible failure modes are stuck off where the color represented by the pixel will be duller or wrong, or stuck on where a green, red, or blue dot is permanently on.
Because of the way the screens are designed, it is generally impossible to repair a single pixel.
There are some hacks that may be able to clear the pixel, including running a screen exerciser like UDPixel to try to force the pixel off or applying pressure to the screen in a technique called pixel massage. The latter may make it even worse.
